the season of festivities...:)

[Makrana is a town in the Nagaur district of Indian state of Rajasthan, which is famous for the white marble mined from the mines around it. It is said that the Taj Mahal was built from Makrana marble.

Kutch, situated in the border region of Indian state of Gujarat, is world famous for its 'mirror work' embroidery done by the native women.]

Traveller's sketches...Krabi !!...spotlight Thailand :)

With its intoxicating mix of palm-fringed beaches,

white sand and crystal clear water

not to mention the super luxurious resorts,

less crowded than Phuket
and more laid back than Koh Samui,

Krabi (Thailand) offers a tantalizing taste of 

amazing tropical living!!...:)

 Orchids at full bloom,

 hanging flower baskets...

at a roof top Thai restaurant

at the backdrop of gorgeous Andaman sea...

sandy white beaches and

a mesmerising sunset...

an unforgettable stay in paradise...Krabi...:)

While the kids were busy playing...

we managed to occupy the table for two

yes, at the extreme left 

for the best possible view :)

by the azure ocean
and the sky is changing its colour,
magically...

the silky air is whispering

the perfect tune of

an ultimate romantic evening...

the melody...the bliss,

and a few moments of togetherness
memories of lifetime ...:)

Rajasthan...Royal and Rustic...Through My Lens...!!!

I am going to start a New Series on the magnificent desert state of Rajasthan...the land of 'Kings'...that takes my heart away !...the vibrant state which fascinates me deeply !!...
For me, this princely state reflects the true image of my beloved country...India...and probably never ever I would be able to ignore the breathtaking beauty of this colourful paradise...!!!
